We are inviting the Churches in our District to come share your thoughts about your congregation and mission field at a South District “Listening Post.” We want to know the needs of your ministry area so that we can begin strategizing how to help us all be the most effective for making disciples for Jesus Christ. You may choose to attend from one of the following dates and locations:

  • Sunday, March 7th from 2 to 4 pm at Angleton First
  • Sunday March 21st from 2 to 4 pm at League City UMC
  • Sunday, April 11th from 2 to 4 pm at Cedar Bayou UMC in Baytown

Pre-registration for Texas Annual Conference 2010 will open this afternoon - January 25th.This registration is for clergy, clergy spouses and laity delegates to the Texas Annual Conference.  If they wish to receive a Pre-Conference Journal, they must register and select that option.

Guests and laity who are not delegates do not need to register.

Go to http://www.txcumc.org/2010tacregister and enter your password. It is different for each district and can be obtained from the district office.

The deadline for pre-registration will be May 15th at 12:00 noon (central time). The system will be shut down and can not be turned back on after this time.
